Unscrew the screws (14) and remove the curved washers (13) from the steering column (5)
using an Allen key.
Pull out the pulse sensor cables (11) from the upper end of the steering column (5).
Attach the handlebars (6) to the steering column (5) using screws (14) and curved washers (13)
that were previously removed. Tighten the screws with an Allen key.
