Problems and solutions
The camera does not turn on.
Move the ON-TEST-OFF switch to the OFF position.
Remove the micro SD card and batteries. After a few
minutes, reinsert the card and batteries. Make sure
the batteries are charged.
Move the switch to the TEST position.
If the problem persists, contact a service center
The camera does not save recordings to the card
When the camera recognizes the inserted card, in
TEST mode, the "card" icon appears on the screen.
If the "card" icon does not appear on the screen,
turn off the surveillance camera, remove and reinsert
the card. Move to TEST mode again. If the "card"
icon still does not appear, format the card either
through the camera menu or on a computer.
If the problem persists, replace the card.
I cannot connect the camera via USB cable
Make sure you are using a USB cable for data transfer.
