Installing the PCI Fan Module
1 Place the PCI fan module over the mounting holes in the system chassis and install the two screws to
connect the mounting bracket to the chassis. See Figure 1.
2 Connect the chassis intrusion switch to the INTRUSION_SWITCH connector on the system board.
3 Connect the fan module's power cable to the connector on the system fan assembly.
4 Route the cables connected to the daughter card through the slot on the mounting bracket.
5 Close the system. See "Closing the System" in the Installation and Troubleshooting Guide.
