CLEANING
•
Clean the Divide-O-Matic® daily after its last use.
•
The Divide-O-Matic® should also be cleaned before switching to a different type of cheese to
prevent cross-contamination.
•
Use hot water, a soft brush and a neutral cleaning agent, such as green soap or dishwashing
liquid, to clean the Divide-O-Matic®. The Divide-O-Matic® is not dishwasher safe.
•
Make sure that the water is no hotter than 70° C to prevent damage to the plastic parts.
•
Never use hard brushes, abrasive materials, products containing sodium carbonate or chlorine,
disinfectants or abrasive products for cleaning.
•
Rinse the Divide-O-Matic® with clean water after use. Dry thoroughly to prevent deterioration
of the parts due to dust and moisture.
WARNINGS
•
Important: The blades that are available separately are razor sharp. Always be careful
and never touch the cutting side of the blades. BOSKA assumes no liability for injuries
