TERMS OF MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Beyond the legally required guarantee, Tibelec guarantees
replacement with an identical or equivalent new product for a
duration of 3 years within the European Union, on the condition
that the product was used in accordance with the instructions for
use. The shipping cost to return this product is also covered by this
warranty. The warranty is applicable only after the receipt and the
defective product are sent to the following address:

Warranty exclusions:
- Use for commercial, industrial, public, or professional purposes
- Damage arising from a source that is external to the fixture
- Damage following unforeseen circumstances, power surge,
misuse, inappropriate use, negligence, gross negligence, accident,
normal wear and tear, inappropriate handling, or any inappropriate
use that does not conform to the instructions for use provided with
the product
- The replacement of consumables or accessories, including the
battery.
- Damage resulting from acts of vandalism, force majeure (fire,
lightning, storm, etc.), or a power surge.
- Shipping costs for returning the product to Tibelec
- Shipping costs for returning the product to the consumer if
the damage was caused by circumstances not covered by this
warranty.
