10. Routine maintenance and repairs

Before starting any cleaning and maintenance operations, turn off the device using the
main switch and unplug the turntable from thepower outlet.
Keep the unit clean and dust-free at all times with a non-moist microfiber cloth. Do not use water,
solvents, or chemicals. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
The surface plate can be removed from the base of the unit and washed with lukewarm water and a
mild detergent. It is recommended that the plate be allowed to dry thoroughly before being reattached
to the base.
If the two components of the product (surface plate and mechanical housing) are separated, it
is essential to perform a complete drying process before proceeding with reassembly. Moisture
accumulation can lead to electrical shorts, resulting in malfunction or damage to the device.
Periodically check the unit for signs of wear and tear.
Periodically check for foreign objects between the housing and the turning surface plate which can
prevent the elements from rotating properly.

Warnings
The safety level of the unit is maintained only on the condition that periodic checks are made on the
state of wear and tear of all parts and components.
If any defective, broken, or dangerous parts or components that may cause any risk to the user are
identified, do not operate the device until it is repaired, and/or contact the dealer or technical service.
Do not attempt to perform any maintenance operations on the unit that are not described in this
manual. Unauthorized modifications to the unit are not permitted.
Do not wear clothing and/or objects that can be pulled by the rotary motion of the surface plate which
can create a hazard or cause the mechanical system to jam and lock.

11. Diagnostics, faults and issues

MALFUNCTION
With the switch in position 1,
the device does not turn on.
The LED is on but the motor
does not start when the knob
is turned.
The surface plate does not
move or turns slowly when
the knob is rotated.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

The power cord is not properly
connected.
The switch is on and the LED
is off.
A disconnection or damage to
the motor is a possibility.
A jam in the rotating
mechanism is a possibility.
SOLUTION
Check for the correct connection
of the plug and/or socket.
