1. General Requirements

This Operation and Maintenance Manual is written in the original language of the manufacturer and is
considered a standard part of the product kit.
We reserve the right to make changes to the product and its documentation at any time without notice.
We are responsible for the product only if the following precautions are observed:
- The product is used in compliance with its specifications,
- The documentation has been read thoroughly in all its parts,
- The installation site meets the requirements of this manual,
- All the requirements contained in this manual and in the documents supplied with the product are
followed.

2. Description of the product

The product can be used in both professional and non-professional kitchen laboratories and is an
integral part of the basic equipment for people working in the culinary arts. It is the essential tool for
coating cakes and other preparations and it is the ideal tool for crafting decorations.
Its defining features are the following:
1. Stable support: the base of our turntable provides firm support, guaranteeing stability during use,
2. Intelligent design: the surface of the turntable features a graduated scale that makes it easier to
position the object in the center of the plate,
3. Convenient operation: thanks to the knob on the front of the housing, it is possible to choose the
direction of rotation and the speed of the turntable, up to the maximum rotation of 60 rpm (revolutions
per minute).
The button next to the knob is used to block the rotation of the turntable, leaving it in stand-by mode
without having to reset the rotation direction and speed settings. This button is also used to restart the
turntable rotation exactly where you left off and with the same speed and direction.

3. Instructions for use

- The product has to be used over flat, non-wet surfaces, and away from heat sources,
- Check the integrity of the equipment and all accessory parts for visible damage before each use,
- Keep the device out of the reach of children,
- Do not leave the device unattended when in operation,
- The device does not have any rechargeable components,
- Never unplug the device by pulling the power cord when the product is on,
- If the device is not in use, if it has to be cleaned or if there is a fault/ malfunction, switch off the unit and
unplug it from the power supply,
- Before unplugging the power cord, make sure that the Power Off button on the back of the product is
in the 0 position,
- Do not use the product for any purpose other than its intended use,
- After use, be sure to carefully clean the turntable and store it properly for future trouble-free use.

If the device has been in operation for more than 8 consecutive hours, it is recommended to turn the unit
off and wait about 2 hours before restarting and using it.

4. Protection from hazards that may be caused by the electrical equipment or by external factors

Use the unit only for the purposes prescribed in this manual; only perform the specified operations in the
defined methods and under the prescribed conditions.
Read all instructions before using the product. These instructions have been compiled to ensure user
safety and protect the product from accidental damage.
