8. OPERATION
The corresponding keys of a remote control (see fig.2) refer to Open, Stop, Close commands to the VS-system. To quickly
set the curtain into the intermediate position, press and hold "■" key for 5 seconds.
With automatic limit setting, automatic curtain tightening is activated to compensate for curtain stretching.
ATTENTION! Keep the stopping elements used during automatic curtain setting.
PROHIBITION! The electric drive is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental abilities, or lack of life experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised
or instructed to use the device by a person responsible for their safety.
Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product or control it.
Do not allow moisture to enter the motor.
When carrying out work (installation, repair, window cleaning, etc.), disconnect the power supply to the product.
ATTENTION! Regularly inspect the unit for any damage to the cable or signs of increased wear of the
electric drive (a sign of this may be gritting or noise in the drive area)
DO NOT use a motor with damaged power cord insulation. If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid
danger, contact the Supplier.
Before activating the electric drive, make sure the system and its surroundings are free from all obstacles, and no people remain
under the curtain or around operation zone of the VS-system. Do not let people into operation area until complete shutdown of
the VS-system. Do not touch moving parts of the VS-system!

ATTENTION! In case of any other malfunction, contact the nearest service centre immediately. In case of
any issues connected with the operation of the motor that are not listed above, please contact the service
centre of the Supplier.

Check the integrity of the cables and

Perform a reset to factory defaults, see

Record the remote control to the motor
memory, see section 4.1.
Check the integrity of the external module
and its cable.
Power up the module, see section 6.1.
Check internet connectivity devices.
Adjust the required upper and lower limits,
see section 5 or using the application.
Eliminate the obstacle to the movement of
the curtain.
Activate the option for detecting obstacles
during web movement, see section 5.6
If the obstacle detection option is
activated, increase the sensitivity level of
obstacle detection, see section 5.8.
