If after programming the remote control the direction of the curtain movement does not correspond to the required one
(pressing the "▲" key lowers the curtain), then delete the remote control from the memory of the electric motor (see
section 4.4) and re-program it, but during programming press the "▼" key instead of the "▲" key (see above).
Alternatively, change the direction, see section 5.4. In this case, the limit positions must be deleted prior to that.
4.2 Recording additional remote controls
The electric motors provide the possibility of recording additional remote controls. To record the second and subsequent
remote controls, it is necessary to be in the immediate vicinity of the electric motor to which you want to assign an
additional remote control. New remote controls will be recorded to all receivers within the operating range, in which the
remote control has already been registered, if it is necessary to record a new remote control to only one of the electric
motors, the rest should be disconnected.
• To record the second and subsequent remote controls, press the "P2" button on the already recorded remote control 2
times, after each pressing a short beep will sound, then, on the new remote control, press the "P2" button 1 time. After that,
5 short beeps will sound and the electric motor will make a short reverse movement.
4.3 Grouping control of several electric motors on a single remote control
Control of a group of electric motors from a single remote control is possible when this remote control is recorded as an
additional one (section 4.2) in each electric motor in turn.
4.4 Deleting remote controls
Electric motors allow deleting all remote controls ever recorded into the motor memory. To accomplish this, it is necessary
to delete every recorded remote control from the memory.
• To delete a remote control from the motor memory, disconnect the motor from the supply mains. Connect the motor to
the supply mains (it is possible to delete remote controls within the first 10 sec. after connecting the motor to the supply
mains).
• Press 3 times "P2" key, then press 3 times the control key "■" and again press 3 times "P2" key. A short beep sound should
follow each key press, and 3 short beeps will be heard and the motor will make a short reverse movement after the last key
press.
5. LIMIT ADJUSTMENT
The upper and lower limits are the end positions of the curtain, within which it will move during further use and beyond
which its exit is not permissible. Before using the VS-system, it is necessary to set the restrictions for the curtain.
ATTENTION! Stop the movement of the curtain in time when setting the limits!
Since the tube of the electric motor on an unconfigured VS-system can rotate indefinitely, damage to
the system components is possible if the curtain gets into the box completely.
It is not allowed to operate the AM1/R-VS series electric motors with incorrect or not set limits, this may
result in damage to the components!
To avoid damage during adjustment, the VS-system must be in direct line of sight. Go to the push-button switch (see
section 6.2), or take the radio remote control and make sure that you can see the curtain well enough.
Password for setting using the mobile application: 1998. By entering the password, you confirm that you are familiar with
the above safety measures and that you are aware of the risk of damage to the structure.
5.1 Automatic adjustment of limit switches using a radio remote control
The setting is carried out only with the help of the remote control recorded in the memory of the electric motor. A short
beep will be heard when you start the motor if the limits are not set.
ATTENTION! Before setting up the motor, make sure that there is a stopping element at the top of the system
(e.g. the edge of the box) to block the end slat from entering completely into the box! The surface to which the
lower end slat of the curtain adjoins must be strictly horizontal. Stopping elements must remain in the same
position for the entire lifetime of the system!
• Press the "P2" key, then press "▲" and then press "P2" key again. Each key press will be followed by a short beep
sound, and the last key press will be followed by 3 short beeps.
• Press the "▼" key, the curtain will automatically go down and then go up to the stoppers. Wait till the full automatic
setting of the limits is complete.
The adjustment of limit switches is completed. Raise and lower the curtain fully several times using the "▲"/ "▼" keys,
make sure the curtain travels smoothly and the upper and lower limit positions are set correctly. If there are any obstacles
to the curtain movement, remove them.
