1. DESCRIPTION
Tubular electric drives of the AM1/R-VS series are designed for automation of vertical sun shading systems (hereinafter
referred to as VS-system). These electric motors provide ample opportunities for remote control of VS-systems using radio
remote controls, via the Internet using the ALUTECH Smart mobile application, voice assistants, other ALUTECH interfaces
and automation devices. To use all functionality, you must use compatible devices such as Zigbee ZB-VS module, Zigbee

Tubular electric motor of the AM1/R-VS series comprises an induction condenser motor with thermal protection, a brake,
a gear box, a control unit with an in-built radio receiver and electronic limit switches. Installed into tubes.

2. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

It is advised to select the optimal model of the electric motor with the required torque depending on the weight of the
curtain and the operating time, according to the requirements of ALUTECH instructions and recommendations. If
necessary, contact the Supplier's customer service for advice.
These technical characteristics are applied to the ambient temperature of 20°С (±5°С) and supply voltage of
230V/50Hz.
