5.2 Manual adjustment of limit switches using a radio remote control
The setting is carried out only with the help of the remote control recorded in the memory of the electric motor. A short
beep will be heard when you start the motor if the limits are not set.
• Press the "P2" key, then press "▲" and then press "P2" key again. Each key press will be followed by a short beep
sound, and the last key press will be followed by 3 short beeps.
• Press "▼" key and then using the "■" key stop the curtain in the desired lower limit position.
• Press and hold the "■" key for 5 seconds, the key press will be followed by 3 short beep sounds, and the motor will
make a short reverse movement – the lower limit position is set.
• Press the "▲" key and then using the "■" key stop the curtain in the desired upper limit position.
• Press and hold the "■" key for 5 seconds, the key press will be followed by 3 short beep sounds, and the motor will
make a short reverse movement – the upper limit position is set.
The adjustment of limit switches completed. Raise and lower the curtain fully several times using the "▲"/ "▼" keys, make
sure the curtain travels smoothly and the upper and lower limit positions are set correctly. If there are any obstacles to the
curtain movement, remove them.
5.3 Intermediate (favourite) limit position
Any position of the curtain between the upper and lower limit positions can be set as an intermediate limit position.
• Using the "▲" /"▼" and "■" keys, set the curtain in the position to be memorized.
• Press the "P2" key, then press "■" and then press "■" again and hold it for 5 seconds. Each key press will be followed by
a short beep sound, the last press will be followed by 3 short beep sounds, and the motor will make a short reverse
movement.
5.4 Deleting all limit positions
All limit positions are deleted simultaneously.
• Press the "P2" key, then press "▼" key and then press the "P2" key again. Each key press will be followed by a short
beep sound, and the last key press will be followed by 3 short beep sounds.
5.5 Reversing the direction of rotation of the electric motor
Reversing the direction of rotation of the electric motor is only possible with non-configured or deleted limit positions.
When using the AT-1, AT-15, AT-1S, AT15S remote controls:
• If, after programming the remote control, the curtain movement direction does not correspond to the required one
(pressing the "▲" key lowers the curtain), then simultaneously press and hold the "▲" and "▼" keys for 3 seconds. After
that, 3 short beeps will sound, and the electric motor will make a short reverse movement.
When using АТ-4N remote controls:
• If, after programming the remote control, the direction of the curtain movement does not correspond to the required
direction (pressing the "▲" key lowers the curtain), then delete the remote control from the memory of the electric motor
(see section 4.4) and re-program it, but during programming press the "▼" key instead of the "▲" key (see section 4.1). In
this case, the limit positions must be removed in advance, see section 5.4.
5.6 Option "Obstacle detection during up/down movement of the curtain" (activated by default)
This option serves to protect VS-system from damage when an obstacle appears in the area of curtain movement. When
this option is activated, in case of contact of the moving curtain with an obstacle, if the curtain was moving upwards (e.g.
there was freezing of structures) - the curtain stops, if the curtain was moving downwards, the electric drive reacts
depending on the setting, see p.5.7
• Press the "P2" key, then press "■" and then press "▼". Each key press will be followed by a short beep sound, and the
last key press will be either followed by a short beep and the motor will make a short reverse movement (option
deactivated) or 3 short beeps will sound and the electric drive will perform 3 short reverse movements (option activated).
The obstacle detection option cannot guarantee the safety of people and animals!
DO NOT ALLOW people and animals to be in the area where the curtain is moving!
5.7 Option "Reaction to obstacle detection" (set to rise a bit above the obstacle by default)
The following reactions of the electric drive to an obstacle during downward movement of the curtain are possible:
- lifting a bit above the obstacle;
- full lifting of the curtain;
- stopping the curtain movement.
