7. The appliance must not be stored in a room where
there is a risk of ignition (e.g. open flames, running gas
appliances or running electric heaters).
8. Do not leave the unit exposed to the elements.
9. Keep the unit away from sources of moisture, petrol,
flammable gases, cookers and other heat sources.
10. Make sure that the voltage at the electrical socket
corresponds to the voltage indicated on the
nameplate.
11. Make sure the outlet is properly earthed.
12. Once the unit is fitted, make sure that the power cord
is properly connected to the mains socket.
13. Do not move the unit by pulling on the power cord.
14. To prevent fire, electric shock or injury, do not
immerse the cable, plug or device in water or other
liquids.
15. When disconnecting the unit from the power supply,
hold the plug, not the cord.
16. Avoid using extension cords on the power cable.
