The end-user of electrical and electronic products (WEEE) is responsible for separating old
batteries and lamp bulbs before they are handed over to a designated disposal and recycling
service. Waste batteries can also be disposed of in collection bins, which can be found in most
local supermarkets and household waste recycling centres.

Problem
The dehumidifier is not
collecting water
The ambient light is flashing
red.
The dehumidifier is not
turning on.
Cause
The doors or windows in the
room where the appliance is
in use are open.
The air vents are blocked.
The humidity in the room is
increasing.
The temperature is too low.
The water tank is full.
The water tank's float is
stuck, causing the sensor to
misread the water level in the
tank.
The power has been cut off.
The water tank is in the wrong
position.
Solution
Close all doors or windows.
Remove any blockages.
Turn off any appliances that
may be creating steam.
Ensure the temperature
indoors is not lower than
8°C/47°F.
Remove, empty, and replace
the water tank.
Remove the water tank, push
down the float and then
return the tank to its original
position.
Check to ensure the adapter
is correctly connected and
the wall socket is plugged in
and turned on.
Remove and replace the
water tank, positioning it
correctly.
