Initial operation

Off: Stop
For: Forward rotation, unblocking
Rev: Reverse rotation, retrieve jammed cable
WARNING!
Before connecting the device to the electric power
supply check switch first for position off.
•
First mount the axle with the wheels.
NOTE!
The wheel side with the stronger bulge points in-
wards.
•
Then attach the handle with the 4 nuts includ-
ed in the scope of delivery.
