My Keyboard Isn't Working in 2.4 GHz Mode
If your keyboard isn't functioning as expected in 2.4 GHz mode, start by verifying that the toggle
switch is set to the 2.4 GHz position. Next, remove the receiver from your device's USB port and
press the "fn" + "4" keys simultaneously for 4 seconds. This action forces the keyboard to enter
pairing mode. Once this step is completed, reinsert the receiver into your device's USB port. For the
best results, ensure that the keyboard is positioned within 20 centimeters (approximately 8 inches)
of the receiver to optimize the pairing process and reduce any potential signal interference. If the
issue persists, consider testing the receiver in an alternative USB port or verifying that your system
settings are configured to recognize the keyboard.
