Bluetooth Mode:
•
Move the toggle to the Bluetooth option on the keyboard.
•
Upon toggling, the keyboard's backlighting will automatically turn on, confirming activation.
•
Press and hold the Fn + 1 key for 4 seconds to activate Bluetooth pairing. The Bluetooth
indicator will blink rapidly during this phase.
•
On your device, search for and select Keychron K3 Max from the list of Bluetooth devices.
Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator will stop blinking and turn off.
Note:

The K3 Max keyboard can pair with up to three devices simultaneously. To switch between
paired devices, use the shortcuts:
Fn + 1 for Device 1

Fn + 2 for Device 2
o
Fn + 3 for Device 3

The Bluetooth pairing process lasts up to 3 minutes. If no connection is detected, repeat the
process.

Ensure the keyboard settings and Bluetooth version on your device are compatible to avoid
potential connection issues.
Switching and Managing Keyboard Modes
Switch Bluetooth Devices
The K3 Max keyboard supports pairing with up to three devices simultaneously in Bluetooth mode.
To quickly switch between paired devices:

Press Fn + 1 to connect to Device 1.
•
Press Fn + 2 to connect to Device 2.
•
Press Fn + 3 to connect to Device 3.
This functionality ensures seamless transitions between your paired devices, such as your laptop,
tablet, or smartphone.
