Operating System (OS) Toggle
1. Mac/iOS Mode
Switch the toggle to the Mac/iOS position to enable compatibility with Apple devices. This mode
ensures full functionality with Mac-specific commands and shortcuts.
2. Windows/Android Mode
Move the toggle to Windows/Android mode when connecting to devices running Windows or
Android operating systems.
Note: In this mode, the Command (⌘) and Option (⌥) keys on the keyboard function as Windows
and Alt keys, respectively.
3. Input Method Switching
For further customization of input methods:
•
iOS Devices: Use Ctrl + Space to switch the input method.
For language changes, enable Caps Lock under:
Settings > General > Keyboard > Hardware Keyboard > Caps Lock Language Switch.
•
Android Devices: Use Shift + Space to switch input methods.
Compatibility Note: Some multimedia keys might not work depending on the operating system
version, brand, or driver limitations. It's recommended not to frequently switch the OS toggle to
prevent disruptions in keyboard operations.
Troubleshooting Bluetooth Pairing Issues
If you encounter difficulties pairing the keyboard with your device, please ensure the following:
•
Confirm Bluetooth Capability: Verify that the device you're attempting to pair with supports
Bluetooth. If Bluetooth is unavailable or disabled, the pairing will fail.
•
Restart Both Devices: Turn off your keyboard and the device. Restart them and attempt the
pairing process again.
•
Windows Computers: On some Windows devices, establishing a new Bluetooth connection
may trigger additional driver installations or software updates. Even if you receive a message
indicating a successful connection, allow at least 20 minutes for all updates to complete.
Restart your computer afterward to finalize the process.
•
Device Configuration: Ensure your device is set to accept Bluetooth connections and
supports the HID (Human Interface Device) profile for external keyboards.
