- Defrosting normally takes longer than cooking food.
- When the food can be easily cut with a knife, it means that it is completely defrosted.
- Microwaves penetrate about 4 cm into most food.
- Defrosted food should be consumed as soon as possible. It is not advisable to refreeze it.
Example: for defrosting 400 gr of poultry meat
Steps
1 When the microwave is connected to the mains, the ":" symbol will flash.
2 Press the Defrost button to select the type of food.
3 Turn the Time/Weight knob to set food weight.
4 Press the Start/Resume button to start the defrosting process.
During defrosting, two beeps will sound to prompt you to turn the food over.
5 Open the door and turn the food over. Then, close the door. Press the Start/
Resume button again to continue the defrosting process.
3.8 Automatic cooking function
This microwave has an automatic cooking function. When the ":" symbol flashes on the display,
press the Auto cooking button 1 to 8 times, depending on the desired option. The display will
show A.1, A.2, ..., A.8 according to your selection.
Choose the appropriate option according to the type and weight of food, and strictly follow the
instructions in the table below.
