Example: cooking at medium-high power for 10 minutes.
Steps
1 When the microwave is connected to the mains, the ":" symbol will flash.
Select the desired microwave power by pressing the Power button

consecutively.
3 Adjust the cooking time by turning the Time/Weight knob.
Press the Start/Resume button to start cooking. The display will show the

remaining time.
3.6 Express function
Press the Express function button to activate it. The display will show the times 0:30, 1:00, or
1:30, depending on your selection.
This function is ideal for quickly heating a cup of water or any other liquid without setting the
time manually. Choose the appropriate programme according to the amount of liquid you have
put in the microwave.

3.7 Defrost
To use the defrost function, press the Defrost button 1 to 3 times, depending on the desired
option. The display will show d.1, d.2, or d.3 depending on your selection.
d.1 This option is suitable for defrosting meat weighing between 100 gr and 2 kg.
d.2 This option is suitable for defrosting poultry weighing between 200 gr and 3 kg.
d.3 This option is suitable for defrosting seafood weighing between 100 gr and 900 gr.
WARNINGS:
- It is recommended to turn the food over halfway through the defrosting process.
