C. SYMBOLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
We declare that the product supplied complies with
Directive RoHS 2011/65/EU as amended by Directive
2015/863/EU (RoHS3) regarding the restriction of the
use of certain hazardous substances.
D. DISPOSAL
In accordance with Article 26 of Legislative Decree
No. 49 of March 14, 2014, "Implementation of
Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and
electronic equipment (WEEE). "
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol displayed on the product or
its packaging indicates that when the equipment reaches the end of
its life cycle, it must be disposed of separately from other waste for
proper treatment and recycling. Once these products have reached
the end of their life, users may dispose of them free of charge at
appropriate municipal collection centers for waste electrical and
electronic equipment, or return them to the distributor under one
of the following conditions:
- Very small products, i.e., devices with external dimensions not
exceeding 25 cm, can be returned without any purchase obligation
to distributors whose sales areas for electrical and electronic
equipment exceed 400 m². Distributors with smaller sales areas
are not required to follow this scheme.
- Products larger than 25 cm may be returned to distributors
on a "one-for-one" basis, meaning the distributor is required to
accept the product only when a new equivalent item is purchased,
