Prepare the casing base
– Put the prepared casing meat on the food pan (1).
– Insert the power cord plug into the mains socket.
– Switch the meat grinder on by pressing the button
– Use the pusher (6) supplied to feed the casing base.
– Cut off rolls of the required length.
– To do this, press the button
(17), only after that you can start disassembling it.

Filling
Lamb meat 100 g
Olive oil 1,5 table spoon
Onion (minced) 1,5 table spoon
Spice to taste
Salt 1/4 tea spoon
Flour 1 table spoon or 1/2 table spoon

Mince the lamb meat once or twice.

Fry onion in oil until it gets gold color, and then add minced
lamb meat, spice, salt and flour.

Lean meat 450 g

Possible cause
Plug the unit. Check the current overload protection button.
Switch the unit off. Unplug the unit from the mains. Give the motor time
to cool down completely (for approximately 1 hour). Insert the plug
into the socket. Switch the unit on again. If the meat grinder cannot be
switched on, it may mean that it is damaged. In this case apply to an
authorized service center to repair the meat grinder
Switch the unit off. Then, no later than after 30 seconds, press and
hold the switch button «reverse». The screw will start rotating in the
opposite direction and the screw block will be unloaded. Let the meat
grinder operate in this mode for several seconds and then switch the
«reverse» off. Switch the unit on in normal mode. If the application of
the «Reverse» mode did not work, unplug the unit from the mains and
clean it.

More meat and less flour in a casing provide better consis-
tency and taste of the prepared dish.
Fill the rolls, clamp at edges, and shape as you wish.
Deep fry the rolls.
After you finish operating, switch the meat grinder off by press-
ing the button
(4) and unplug it.
Unscrew the clamp ring (12) and remove the plate (9, 10 or 11),
crossed blade (13) from the screw (8).
Remove the screw (8) from the working part of the meat
grinder (7).
Remove food residues from the screw (8).
Wash the meat grinder parts (1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,
15) in warm water with neutral detergent, rinse them and dry
thoroughly before assembly. Do not use a bleach solution
containing chlorine to wash the parts as it will discolour the
aluminum surfaces.
Never wash the meat grinder parts in the dishwasher.
Clean the meat grinder body (17) with a slightly damp cloth and
then wipe the body dry.
Do not use solvents or abrasives to clean the meat grinder
body (17).
Provide that no liquid gets inside the meat grinder body.
Oil the plates (9, 10, 11) and the crossed blade (13) with vege-
table oil before taking the dried accessories away for storage –
this will protect them from oxidation. Keep the attachments
(14, 15) you don't use in the storage compartment under the
pusher (2) removable lid (pic. 13).
