ATTENTION!
•
Before grinding meat, make sure that all bones and excess
fat are removed.
•
Do not push the products with any foreign objects or your fin-
gers, use only the pusher (6) supplied with the unit.
•
Do not try to process food with hard fiber (for example, ginger
or horseradish) in the meat grinder.
•
To avoid obstructions, do not apply excessive force while
pushing meat with the pusher (6).
•
If any hard piece of food stops the feeder screw or cutting
blade rotation, immediately switch the unit off and use the
screw reverse mode
to remove the obstruction before
starting again.
AUTO SWITCH-OFF FUNCTION
•
The meat grinder is equipped with an auto switch-off function
in case of motor overheating.
•
In case of overheating of the motor, the automatic thermal
switch will trip, switching off the meat grinder.
•
In this case immediately remove the power plug from the
mains socket.
•
Let the meat grinder cool down for approximately 1 hour and
15 minutes before switching it on again (the unit can cool down
longer if the room temperature is high).
•
Plug the meat grinder into the mains, switch it on, if the meat
grinder would not switch on, this may mean that it is damaged
in some other way. In this case apply to any authorized service
center at the contact address list given in the warranty certificate
and on the website www.rondell.ru for repairing the meat grinder.
OVERLOAD PROTECTION
In case of complete blocking of the working part with solid
objects, the unit is equipped with current overload protection in
order to protect the motor and meat grinder gearbox.
When it is switched on, in order to resume the motor operation,
remove the cause of the blockage of the screw, and only then
press the unlocking button (18) located in the lower part of the
motor block (17) body.
POWER INDICATOR
The LED indicator (19) indicates that mains voltage is applied to
the motor unit (17).
When the power plug is connected to the mains socket, the indi-
cator will light up.
BEFORE USING THE MEAT GRINDER
After unit transportation or storage at low temperature
keep it for at least three hours at room temperature before
switching on.
•
Unpack the meat grinder and remove all package mate-
rials, wipe the unit body with a damp cloth and then wipe
it dry.
•
Wash all the removable parts (1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,
15) with warm water and neutral detergent, rinse and dry
them thoroughly before assembling.
Assembling the meat grinder
Assemble the working part of the meat grinder according to
the diagram (pic. 1).
– Install the screw (8) in the body of the working part of the
meat grinder (7).
– Install the crossed blade (13).
Caution! Face the blade cutting side to the cutting plate. If
the blade is installed improperly, it will not grind the products.
– Select one required plate (9, 10 or 11) and set it over the
blade, matching the ledges on the plate with the grooves
on the working part of the meat grinder (7).
– Install the clamp ring (12) and thread it rotating clockwise
(pic. 1).
Notes:
– The coarse cutting plate (10, 11) is for processing raw
meat, vegetables, dried fruit, cheese, fish, etc.
– The fine cutting plate (9) is suited for processing both raw
and cooked meat, fish etc.
– Holding the working part of the meat grinder (7), install
it into the inlet opening of the motor unit gear (16). To do
this, tilt the working part of the meat grinder by 30° rela-
tive to the motor unit body (pic. 2) and install it into the inlet
opening of the motor unit gear (16). Rotate the working
part counterclockwise by 30° until the lock (5) distinctive
clicking (pic. 2).
– Place the food tray (1) on the working part of the meat
grinder (7) (pic. 3).
– Install the pusher (6) into the tray opening (pic. 4).
– Disassemble the unit in reverse order.
Preparing the sausage filling attachment
Notes: Use the sausage filling attachment only without the
crossed blade and the plate.
– Install the screw (8) in the body of the working part of the
meat grinder (7).
– Install the flat separator of the attachments set (14) on the
screw (8) (make sure that the groove on the attachment is
aligned with the top ledge of the working part of the meat
grinder (7)).
– Install the long sausage filling attachment (14).
– Install the clamp ring (12) and thread it rotating clockwise
(pic. 5-8).
