Preparing the kebbe attachment
Notes: Use the kebbe attachment only without the crossed blade
and the plate.
– Install the screw (8) in the body of the working part of the
meat grinder (7).
– Install the kebbe attachment and its clamp (15) on the screw
(pic. 9) (make sure that the groove on the attachment is
aligned with the top ledge of the working part of the meat
grinder (7)).
– Install the clamp ring (12) and thread it rotating clockwise
(pic. 9-12).
BASIC PRINCIPLES OF USING THE MEAT GRINDER
The meat grinder is intended to mince boneless meat for
household use only.
Assemble the unit and place it on a flat dry surface.
Make sure that the ventilation openings on the unit body are
not blocked.
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
Place a suitable bowl under the working part of the meat
grinder (7).
Make sure that the meat is completely thawed, remove excess
fat and bones, cut the meat into cubes (20 mm x 20 mm x
60 mm), or strips of a size that fits easily into the opening of
the tray (1).
Switch the unit on by pressing the button
Slowly push the meat into the mouth of the working part of
the meat grinder (7). During operation, use the pusher (6)
supplied.
Attention! No use of any objects to push the meat is allowed.
Never push foods with your hands.
Do not apply excessive effort while pushing the meat or other
products.
Stop/reverse function
The stop function allows to briefly interrupt the operation of the
motor unit (17) engine by pressing the button
ing it, without switching off the power. This mode can be use-
ful, for example, for loading new ingredients into the food tray
(1) or turning or replacing the receiving container during pro-
cessing. The motor resumes operating right after you release
the button
(3).
Obstructions can appear during meat grinding, use the
screw reverse mode to remove the obstruction. To switch
to the screw reverse mode, press the button

button
(3). The screw will rotate in the opposite direction,
and the working part of the meat grinder will be released. If
it does not work, unplug the unit and manually remove the
stuck ingredients from the working part.
Do not run the unit for more than 5 minutes continuously.
After 5 minutes of continuous use, switch the unit off and allow
it to cool down for 1 hour before further operation.
As soon as you finish the work, switch the meat grinder off.
To do it, press the button
and only after that you can disassemble it.
MEAT PROCESSING
Notes:
– For better processing of meat, cut it into strips 10 cm long and
2 cm thick or into cubes. Remove bones and pieces of cartilage
and sinew as much as possible. Defrost frozen meat completely.
– During the operation use only the pusher (6) supplied with
the unit; do not use any other objects, do not push meat with
your hands.
As soon as you finish the work, switch the meat grinder off. To
do this, press the button
after that you can start disassembling it.
To remove the working part of the meat grinder (7), press
the lock button (5), turn the working part of the meat grinder
(7) clockwise and disconnect it from the motor block gear-
box (17).
To disassemble the working part of the meat grinder, unscrew
the clamp ring (12) and remove the installed plate (9, 10 or 11),
(4).

Filling sausages
– Prepare minced meat.
– Put the minced meat on the food tray (1).
– Use natural sausage casing for sausage making, having put it
beforehand into a bowl with warm water for 10 minutes.
– Pull the softened casing on the attachment (14) and tie a knot
on the casing end.
– Insert the plug into the mains socket.
– Switch the meat grinder on by pressing the button
(3) and hold-
– Use the pusher (6) to feed the minced meat, as the casing is
filled up, slide it off the attachment (14) as necessary, wet the
casing if it becomes dry.
– As soon as you finish the work, turn off the meat grinder. To do
this, press the button
only after that you can start disassembling it.
Using the «kebbe» attachment
(4) and
Kebbe is a traditional Middle Eastern dish cooked of lamb meat,
wheat flour and spices chopped together to prepare the base for
hollow rolls. The rolls are filled and deep fried.
You can make different delicacies trying various fillings.
