Triebwagenbeiwagen VS 145, 945
Die ÖBB konnte nach dem Krieg 17 VS145 ihr Eigentum nennen und setzte 14 unter den neuen Betriebsnummern 7758.00 – 14 ein,
wobei die Wendezugeinrichtung entfiel. Die drei anderen, als ES 6258.01 – 03 bezeichnet, wurden zu Steuerwagen für Elektrotrieb-
wagen umgebaut. Die Beiwagen wurden Anfang der 80er abgestellt, die Steuerwagen schon gut zehn Jahre zuvor.

After the war, the Austrian Federal Railway had 17 VS145 vehicles in its possession and used 14 of them under the new fleet num-
ber 7758.00 – 14. However, the push/pull equipment was missing. The other three vehicles bearing the ES 6258.01 – 03 designa-
tion were converted to become control cars for the electric railcars. The trailer cars were discontinued at the start of the 1980s and
the control cars were discontinued a good ten years prior to this.
