Network connection status
The network socket shows the current connection status with its
two integrated LEDs:
green LED on
Network link active/
green LED off
Network link inactive
yellow LED blinks
Send/receive data
Web interface
The Access Point has an integrated web page for configuring the
network settings and a log window to display active
wireless switches.
To access the Web page, make sure that the configuration PC and
the Access Point are in the same subnet.
For initial operation, use a point-to-point connection with both par-
ticipants in the same IP address range of 192.168.3.xxx.
Caution! Access Point and PC must not have the same IP address!
To retrieve the Web page, type in the Access Point's IP address (de-
fault: http://192.168.3.64/) in the browser.
The Web interface is secured to prevent unauthorised use (default
login: steute/steute).
The password can be changed. To restore the default password: use
the reset button to reset the device to delivery state (see above).

Maintenance and cleaning
.steute recommends routine maintenance as follows:
1. Remove all dirt particles: Clean enclosure on the outside only.
Clean device in accordance with IP protection class. Clean with a soft
cloth and water or a mild detergent. Do not clean using
compressed air.
2. Test the function.
Disposal
- Observe national, local and legal regulations concerning disposal.
- Recycle each material separately.

indirect purpose is to ensure life or health, or whose operation may
pose a threat to humans, animals or material assets.
