Prima di effettuare qualsiasi intervento di manutenzione sulla bicicletta, as-
sicurarsi sempre di indossare l'abbigliamento protettivo corretto, compresi,
ma non limitati a, guanti e indumenti protettivi per gli occhi.
� Attenzione
Per la manutenzione ordinaria dei cuscinetti, leggete attentamente le istru-
zioni di CeramicSpeed allegate a questo libretto.
Per informazioni e necessità di intervento sui cuscinetti originali Cera-
micSpeed rivolgetevi solo ed esclusivamente presso la rete dei rivenditori
autorizzati o centri di assistenza CeramicSpeed.
Per informazioni dettagliate fate riferimento alle istruzioni CeramicSpeed
alle pagine 6 e 7.
• Controllare che le misure del movimento centrale corrispondano con quelle
della scatola movimento della bicicletta. Le misure della scatola telaio con le
relative tolleranze corrette sono riportate in (Fig. 1).
• Lubrificare entrambe le calotte (A e B) nella zona di interferenza del telaio (Fig.
2).
• Installare la calotta sinistra (A) nella parte sinistra del telaio, assicurandosi di
portare la battuta della calotta a contatto con il telaio stesso e avendo cura di
non sollecitare i cuscinetti sottostanti la boccola (C).
• Installare la calotta destra (B) nella parte destra del telaio, avvitandola ma-
nualmente ruotandola in senso orario per accoppiarla alla calotta sinistra.
• Inserire l' a pposita chiave in appoggio alla sagoma esterna della calotta destra.
• Ruotare la chiave in senso orario fino alla coppia di chiusura indicata di 40
Nm, portando la battuta della calotta a contatto con il telaio, avendo cura di
tenere ferma la calotta sinistra per evitare la rotazione del movimento centra-
le all' interno della scatola movimento del telaio.
• Nel caso di mancato contatto in battuta o serraggio non ottimale a causa
di una scatola movimento troppo stretta, o di altri eventuali impedimenti, è
possibile portare la coppia di chiusura fino ad un massimo di 50 Nm. Se il
problema non dovesse essere risolto, la causa è da imputarsi a dimensioni del
telaio non conformi a quanto richiesto al precedente punto 1.
• Controllare la scorrevolezza del movimento centrale da ambo i lati.
• Assicurarsi di effettuare la manutenzione dei cuscinetti CeramicSpeed nei
tempi e nelle modalità indicate nel libretto di istruzioni del produttore stesso,
fornito all' interno della scatola del movimento centrale integrale RD 86,5x41.
Per eseguire la manutenzione è necessario rimuovere il supporto esterno gri-
gio (C) facendo leva su una delle due apposite fenditure semicircolari (D) poste
internamente.
• Il ciclo di vita dei movimenti centrali Miche è determinato dal ciclo vitale
dei cuscinetti. Un movimento centrale con cuscinetti danneggiati e/o de-
gradati può andare incontro a malfunzionamento, rottura, ed essere causa
di incidenti e lesioni gravi o mortali.
• Non lavare il movimento centrale integrale RD 86,5x41 con acqua a pressio-
ne, poiché essa potrebbe oltrepassare le guarnizioni ed entrare all' interno
dei vari componenti ed arrecare danni irreversibili. Si consiglia di effettua-
re il lavaggio dei componenti con una spugna, acqua e sapone neutro.

the product with non-original spare parts or parts other than those supplied
by Miche Srl will cause the warranty to expire.

If you have doubts about your ability to carry out these assembly and main-
tenance operations that follows here below, please contact qualified specia-
lized personnel.
Before any maintenance work, always wear gloves and protective glasses.
Use original spare parts supplied only and exclusively by Miche Srl.

For routine bearing maintenance, refer to the CeramicSpeed instructions
attached to this booklet.
For information and the need for intervention on original CeramicSpeed bea-
rings, contact only and exclusively the network of CeramicSpeed authorized
resellers or assistance centers.
For detailed information, please refer to the CeramicSpeed instructions (pa-
ges 6 and 7).
• Check that the measurements of the bottom bracket correspond to those
of the bottom bracket shell of your frame. The measurements of the frame
bottom bracket shell with the relevant correct tolerances are shown in Fig. 1.
• Lubricate both caps (A and B) surfaces where BB fit the BB shell of frame area
of the frame (Fig. 2).
• Install the left cap (A) on the left side of the frame, thus making sure to bring
the cap stop in touch with the frame and taking care not to stress the bea-
rings (C).
• Install the right cap (B) on the right side of the frame, thus screwing it manual-
ly by turning it clockwise to couple it to the left cap.
• Insert the tool matching the outer interface of the right cap.
• Rotate the tool clockwise up to 40 Nm, bringing the stop of the cap into con-
tact with the frame making the drive side cap to properly fit the frame, taking
care to hold the left cap to avoid its rotation inside the bottom bracket frame
shell.
• Whether the bottom bracket does not fit properly to the frame, or non-optimal
tightening due to a too narrow BB frame shell, or other possible obstruction,
take the closing torque up to a maximum of 50 Nm. If the problem is not sol-
ved, this is due to frame dimensions that do not comply with what required by
par.1 above.
• Check that bottom bracket runs free and smooth on both sides.
• Make sure to carry out maintenance on the CeramicSpeed bearings at the
times and in the manner required by the original Manufacturer' s instruction
booklet, supplied inside the INTEGRALE RD 86.5x41 bottom bracket box. To
carry out maintenance, it is necessary to remove the external support (C) by
pulling out on one of the two special semicircular slots (D).
• The life cycle of Miche bottom brackets is determined by the life cycle of
the bearings. A bottom bracket with damaged and/or degraded bearings
can malfunction, break, and cause accidents and serious or fatal injuries.
• Do not wash the INTEGRALE RD 86.5x41 bottom bracket with pressurized
water, as it could pass the seals and enter the inside of the various compo-
nents and cause irreversible damage. We recommend washing the compo-
nents with a sponge, water and neutral soap.
