It is not a fault. Shortly after we start the machine, both the smoke
and the smell will disappear.
The battery does not charge:
- You must check both the charger connection with the device
and the mains.
- You must check there is electric power in the socket base.
- You must check both the cord and the power plug are not
damaged.
- You must check the power supply (fuses, thermal-magnetic
circuit breakers, RCDs, etc).
- You must check the charger is not damaged. If you notice any
damage, stop using it. Contact the official Technical Support
Service of Cecotec.
- You must check there is no dirt in the charger connections.
Clean the dirt.

- The battery may be defective or suffer any damage. Contact
the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
The device does not work:
- The battery level may be too low. Charge the battery.
- The charging connectors and the charging socket may be dirty.
Clean them by removing the dirt remains.
- The charger is not correctly connected. Check the connections.
