Function Introduction
1. Lid detection
1.1
When the enclosure is opened, the lid detection function is triggered, causing the machine to stop working. When the lid is closed, the reset button needs to be pressed to resume working.
2. Tilt detection (This feature is disabled by default and needs to be enabled in the app or Atomstack PC software)
2.1 Alarm triggering:
The alarm is triggered when the machine's angle with the horizontal plane is between 15° and 20°, the machine will automatically stop working, the buzzer will sound, and an
alert will appear on the PC end;
2.2 Alarm deactivating:
The alarm will automatically deactivate when the machine returns to a level position.
3. Water temperature abnormality alarm
3.1 Alarm triggering:
The water temperature abnormality alarm is triggered when the temperature is below 0°C or above 35°C. The indicator light will turn red, the buzzer will sound, the laser will
stop emitting light, and an alert will appear on the PC;
3.2 Alarm deactivation:
The alarm will automatically deactivate when the environment temperature is adjusted to bring the water temperature back to the range of 5°C to 35°C."
4. Flame detection
4.1 Alarm triggering:
The flame alarm is triggered when open flames appear in the processed material, the machine stops working automatically;
4.2 Alarm deactivating:
You need to press the reset button to resume working;
4.3
It's easy to trigger the function accidentally when processing MDF materials, hence you need to turn it off.
5. Active fire extinguishing(This feature is disabled by default and needs to be enabled in the app or Atomstack PC software)
5.1
After the flame alarm is triggered during the processing, the active fire extinguishing system will immediately activate. The nozzle will spray water for several seconds in the alarm detection area,
then stop spraying. The flame detection device will continue to monitor for any remaining flames. If flames are still detected, the nozzle will resume spraying water for several more seconds, and this
process will repeat until no flames are detected;
5.2
After extinguishing the fire, use a lint-free cloth to clean the focusing lens and nozzle. Then, run a one-minute engraving task with air assist enabled through the PC or app software to remove
any residual water and prevent impact on the light output and engraving quality.
6. Power failure follow-up carving function
6.1
This feature can only be used on the app end. If a power outage occurs during the engraving process, after power is restored, the software will prompt whether to continue the previous task.
By confirming, the machine will resume engraving from the point where the previous task was interrupted.
