8. FAQ
1. No sound is coming out of my
headphones
− If you are using wired headphones, make sure that
the headphones are properly connected to the green
output on the speakers/headphones DJ splitter
cable.
− If you are using Bluetooth headphones, make sure
that the headphones are properly connected to your
smartphone or your tablet.
− Make sure that the volume for your headphones is
not set to zero.
− In djay, if you want to monitor the next track to be
played, make sure that the Split output – Enable
split output for pre-cueing with audio adapter
option is enabled.
