Manual cooking (DIY Mode)
Press "Manual cooking" button of the screen from the start home menu (26). The screen will
show option to set temperature, time, speed and direction. (See figure M). Click "Temperature/
Time/Speed/Direction" options on the touch screen to set the corresponding temperature/
time/speed/Direction you need. After finishing the setting press "Start" and the appliance
will work. The screen icon will change to "Pause". You can change these parameters at any
time without stopping the appliance. Press "Pause" icon if you want to stop the appliance,
change any of the parameters and continue cooking. Press "Stop" to definitely stop the
appliance. During stand-by mode, white and red lights will flash on the knob.
Automatic programs
Press "Automatic Programs" button on the screen from the start home menu (27)
You can select between 15 preset functions for different cooking purposes: knead, steam,
slow cook, boil, food processor, chop, turbo and weigh etc. (See figure M).

Time: 0 (Range: 0-90) minutes
Speed: 0 (Range: 1-12); Reverse: 0-3

Speed: 1; Reverse: 1
6. KNEAD DOUGH:
Temp: 0 (Range: 0 or 37) ℃
Time: 3 (Range: 2-4) minutes
Speed: 3 (Range: 1-3)
7. STEAM:
Steam level: High (Range: Low/Middle/High), represented by fire icon.
3 fire icons mean high level
2 fire icons mean middle level
1 fire icon means low level
Time: 20 (Range: 1-60) minutes
Speed: 0 (Range: 0-3); Reverse: 0 (Range: 0-3)
