INSTALLATION
The bowl
The Maximum capacity of the bowl is 4.5 liters. Don't process the food more than 3 liters!
Caution! "Hot surface" logo marked on the bowl: To indicate that the marked
item can be hot and should not be touched without taking care!
Set up before use
Place the drive shaft correctly locked into the jug (See figure C). Insert the jug into the main
unit and press down firmly to lock into its place. Pay attention "Max" indicator must be at the
back (See figure D). Choose different accessories for different cooking purpose (See figure
E). Add the ingredients or water to the jug (see figure F). If you need to use food processor,
attach the food processor lid and put ingredients directly through food dispenser. Attach the
blend lid, food processor lid or steamer (See figure G). Please note that the appliance will
not work if the lid is not correctly placed and will show an advice on display to leave the lid
attached. Plug the power cord into the main base and switch on (See figure H).

ACCESSORIES LIST

This appliance includes different accessories for different cooking purpose (See Fig. B). You
can choose between:
1. Whisk (4), to emulsify and prepare sauces. To attach the whisk just insert it directly to the
driving shaft.
2. Stir paddle (5), to make soup, knead or stir the ingredients so that they do not stick on
the base when cooking with temperature. To attach the stir paddle just insert it directly to
the driving shaft.
3. Blade (6), to chop, ice crush and grate the food. To attach the blade just insert it directly
to the driving shaft.
4. Steam basket (7), to cook steam recipes. To attach the steam basket just insert it directly
to the driving shaft. To take out, use the measuring cup (15) in steam basket slot and rotate
to fix it. Then, take out (See figure J).
5. Spatula (14), to lower the ingredients from the bowl walls.
6. Deep steamer basket (16-19), to steam ingredients at two heights. It can be used while
cooking ingredients in the bowl, taking advantage of the steam it generates. To attach the
deep steamer basket, firstly remove the blender lid. After that place the deep steamer
basket (17) matching the side tabs with the handles. A "click" sound means that it has been
placed correctly. If you want to cook at two heights, place the shallow steamer basket (18)
just above the deep steamer basket.
7. Food processor (20-24), to slice, chop, grind and mix ingredients. To attach the food
processor slicer, firstly you must insert the driving shaft accessory (20) and then the food
processor lid (22). Use the pusher (24) to introduce the ingredients.
All the accessories and bowl can be washed by dish-washing machine (See figure I).

HOW TO USE

This appliance allows you to access to different type cooking for multipurpose. You can select
between step-by-step guided interactive recipes, manual cooking, automatic functions or
download new recipes and updates by using data cloud WIFI connection (See figure K).
