8. Servicing and spare parts
The specifications of the cabinet are marked on the rating plate, see the inside cover. Please
inform your authorised service organisation of the cabinet type, name, serial number and
the Control markings marked on the rating plate. A wiring diagram and a list of technical
specifications (FAKTA) that includes a component list are enclosed in a plastic wallet inside
the machinery compartment of the cabinet. The service periods of the cabinet are defined in a
service contract.
NOTE Only authorised fitters may carry out servicing and repair of the machinery
and electrical equipment in the cabinet. The evaporator should be cleaned by
authorised service personnel.
Use only the cabinet manufacturer's original spare parts.
8.1. Servicing condensate pump
Inspect and service the condensate pump at least once every 12 months according to the
pump manufacturer's instructions that are delivered with the cabinet.
The pump is intended only for removing condensate water. If any foreign substance is detected
on or in the pump, remove the substance and clean the pump immediately.
8.2. Replacing LED tube
1. Disconnect the lighting fixture from the power supply.
2. Remove the lighting fixture's protective cover.
3. Unscrew the LED tube from the lighting fixture.
4. Screw in the new LED tube and replace the protective cover.
9. Disposal of equipment
After reaching the end of its service life, the cabinet must be disposed of in compliance with
local regulations and instructions. Seek expert advice when disposing of substances that are
harmful to the environment and when utilising recyclable material.
WARNING
R290 is highly flammable, this applies to cabinets using R290 propane as
refrigerant.
