Proper use

3.1

Liability exclusion

We assume no liability for damages resulting from improper use and non-observance of the instructions for care,
cleaning and use, as well as mechanical damage.
3.2

Intended use

Presenting and keeping dishes warm on suitable sources of heat (up to a maximum of 90 °C).
- Do not use the Chafing Dish for cooking or any other type of food preparation.
- Do not use self-made windbreaks or screens, e.g., made of aluminium foil.
- The Chafing Dish is not suitable for being built into any worktops.

Safety instructions

Although the product features high quality and safety standards, injuries or damage due to operating errors or
improper use cannot be ruled out. Note the safety recommendations marked by the following symbols:

- Read these instructions carefully before the first use of the product.
- If the product is given to another person, ensure that the instructions are also included.
Caution!
The Chafing Dish is very heavy. Hold it tightly when unpacking, transporting etc. and do not drop it.
Risk of burns or injury!
Using the Chafing Dish results in high temperatures and hot steam can escape! Be careful when
refilling or changing the inserts. Use our SPRING GRIPS pot holders or gloves, if necessary.
- Do not move the Chafing Dish as long as it is still hot, if the water pan is filled or contains filled inserts.
Caution!
Food removal by children and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and/or knowledge, must only be carried out under the supervision or guidance of
a person responsible for their safety.
Danger!
Never use the Chafing Dish if you discover damage or if it has been dropped.
