The built-in lid brake assures a silent closing of the lid.
As from a position of 60° the lid closes automatically.
The lid can be fixed and removed easily in a 90° position.
When used without frame the integrated foot of the CBS
is vertically adjustable to your individual requirements.
Condensed water is drained back into the water pan through
an opening in the lid.
Interchanging the inserts is particularly easy thanks to the
useful notch at the side.
CBS ADVANTAGE Chafing Dishes are stackable for
space-saving storage or transport.
