Problem
The product does
not work

Cause
The power is not
connected or the plug is
loose
The power switch is not
on or auto-shut-off

mode exclude massage

The tube have not been
attached securely, and
there is air leaks
Solution
Plug in the power cord
correctly
Turn on the power
switch
Please choose the
corresponding mode
Please check again if
the hose is attached
securely to the
controller ( no gap
between the hose
interface and the
controller)
