Der Regler Modell 64-3400 ist ein zwei-
stufiger federbelasteter Druckminderer.
Das Gerät ist für hohe Genauigkeit in
Reinstgassystemen ausgelegt und für
Systeme mit hochkorrosiven Medien.
Die Materialien, die in Kontakt mit dem
Brauchgas kommen, sind nichtrostender
Edelstahl vom Typ AISI 316 bzw. 316L
und PCTFE oder PTFE (PFA). Im Druckreg-
ler sind nichtmetallische Ventilsitze zur
blasenfreien Abdichtung vorgesehen für
Systeme ohne stetigen Durchfluss und
Metallmembranen mit metallischer Ab-
dichtung für gute Druckeinstellbarkeit.
Die Regler sind verfügbar mit Standard-
ventilversion und mit der an der Memb-
ran befestigten Ventilversion. Diese Versi-
on gewährleistet auch bei verschmutztem
Sitz ein Schließen.

The 64-3400 Series Regulator is a two
stage, spring loaded pressure reducing
regulator. This unit is designed for extreme
accuracy in high purity gas systems and
systems handling highly corrosive media;
the only materials contacting the flow me-
dia are 316 and 316L stainless steel and
PCTFE or PTFE (PFA).The regulator utilizes
soft seat main valves for bubble tight shut
off in dead-end applications and metal
diaphragm sensing elements for good
pressure control sensitivity. The regula-
tor is available in standard valveversion
and as positive seal configuration, this is
connected to a metal diaphragm sending
element for positive shut off even with
deposits on the seat.

Verwendungs-
zweck
Leitungsdruckminderer für Gase zum Re-
duzieren auf einen vom Durchfluss un-
abhängigen Ausgangsdruck. Nicht als
Durchflussregelelement verwendbar.
Nur für korrosive Gase, die mit den ver-
wendeten Materialien verträglich sind.
Vor der Verwendung mit Sauerstoff Her-
steller fragen!

stream pressure independent of the flow
rate. Not for use as a flow controller.
Only for corrosive gases, which are com-
patible with the reducer materials. Before
use with oxygen consult manufacturer!
