3) Screws
Periodical maintenance of screws will provide
safer operation. Tighten loose screws firmly to
prevent hazardous situation.
4) Checking and repairing the safety cover
The safety cover must be moved satisfactory. If the
safety cover does not operate well, immediately
have it repaired.
5) Cleaning
Before any work on the machine itself, pull the
mains plug.
Occasionally, clean chips or dust on this machine
with duster.
Clean the ventilation slots of your power tool
regularly with a soft brush. The motor fan draws
dust into the housing, and a large accumulation of
metal dust can lead to electrical hazards.
In extreme conditions, always use dust extraction as
far as possible. Blow out ventilation slots frequently
and install a portable residual current device.
When working metals, conductive dust can settle in
the interior of the power tool. The total insulation of
the power tool can be impaired.
6) Motor
The winding and commutator in the motor is the
core of electric circular saw.
Do not scratch the surface of the winding and
commutator in the motor, and never apply oil or
water on it.
Dust in the motor will increase the pos-
sibility of failure. After using the tool for
50 hours, let the compressed air in the
ventilation slots in the housing rear side by

speed to eliminate dust from the motor.
7) Keep after operation
Keep tools out of reach of children in dry area.
