5) Check to see that the cutting disc and
each part are tightened firmly.
The cutting disc is installed in the main body of the
circular saw firmly at factory to be used readily.
For your safety, fasten the bolt for installing of the
cutting disc with spanner.
Check to see that each part(depth adjustment
lever, bevel adjustment konb, etc) is tightened
firmly, then fasten them firmly if required.
6) Preparing (wooden) work bench

Work bench
The cutter blade cuts through the bottom of the
wood. Place the wood to be cut onto the work
bench. To use square bars as the work bench,
hold square bars onto the flat ground securely.
Rocking work bench may cause hazardous
situation.
Depress the wood to be remained after cutting
securely. When securing and depressing the
wood tightly with the vice, operators can perform
operation with both hands safely.
Always hold the wood securely to
prevent hazardous situation.

a) Movement of the safety cover.

Confirmation of return by spring. The safety cover
prevents human body from touching with the cutter
blade. Check to see that the safety cover is moved
satisfactory with covering the cutter blade. When
the safety cover is not moved satisfactory, call for
our agent or main office.

b) Adjustment of cutting depth

Unfasten the lever and move the base to adjust
cutting depth. Cutting depth is indicated on safety
cover.
Fasten the cramp screw securely.
Otherwise it may result in hazardous
situation.

c) Adjustment of cutting angle
( See figure 5
Base
Tilting up to 45 degree by adjustment by
unfastening two knobs respectively located at
angle scale and its opposite side. Fasten the
knobs in a desired angle to use.
Cutter
d) Guide adjustment

( See figure 7
Loosen the knob to move the guide on both sides,
then adjust the cutting position.
Fasten the knob securely. Otherwise it
may cause hazardous situation.
Warning
8) An outlet
When there is a noise during plugging in, or the
plug is get removed easily, have an outlet repaired.
Contact the nearest electric shop. This may cause
the accident by overheating.
9) Always make a trial run before using the
circular saw.
