- I'm not at home: I respond via the "Somfy Protect" app.
- I'm at home: the screen below is displayed, enabling me to respond to the visitor. Simultaneously, a
notification is sent to all the connected video door phone users, informing them that the call has been taken
by the indoor monitor.
To take the call, press the "phone off-hook" pictogram. The indoor monitor's microphone and the call station's
speaker are only activated once the call has been accepted.
During the call, it is possible to:
- open the gate,
- open the electric latch,
- take a photo of the visitor
- control Somfy io-homecontrol® devices (alley lighting, garage door, etc.)
Once the call is finished, press the "phone on-hook" pictogram.
