Adjustment of cooking time
1.
Select the cooking programme using the MENUbutton.
2. Repeatedly press PRESET/TIMER until the TIMER light appears on the display.
3. Use the +/- buttons to set a new cooking time.
4. Press START/PAUSE to confirm and start the rice cooker.
Heating
This program is used to heat ready meals.
1.
When the appliance is on standby, press WARM/CANCEL.
2. The display will show 0:20, the default cooking time.
3. Press START/PAUSE to start the rice maker.
To cancel cooking, press WARM/CANCEL.
Delayed Start
1.
Put the ingredients in the cooking vessel and insert it in the appliance.
2. Select the cooking programme using the MENU button.
3. While the selected programme light is flashing, press PRESET/TIMER repeatedly
until the PRESET light flashes.
4. Use the +/- buttons to set the countdown timer.
5. After setting the timer, press START/PAUSE to start the countdown.
6. Once the set time elapses the appliance starts automatically.
It is important to select the cooking method before setting the delayed start time. The
delayed start function will not work if the order is reversed.
The delayed start function cannot be set when the appliance is already running.
Warning:
We do not recommend using perishable foods with delayed start. The
food could become contaminated and a serious health hazard.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always switch off the appliance, disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket and
allow it to cool down completely before cleaning or any maintenance.
Warning:
Do not immerse the appliance or its power cord in water or other liquids.
Do not use plastic or metal scrapers, harsh cleaners, chemicals, petrol, solvents or
other similar substances to clean any parts of the appliance. The surface finish could
be seriously damaged.
Heating element and internal space for inserting the cooking
vessel
Wipe the outer surface of the appliance and the inner space for inserting the cooking
vessel with a clean cloth slightly moistened with warm water.
Make sure that you removed all food residue.
