Generality
The CB hand held transceiver
7000 is approved by the postoffice and
has a general operation permit. Any inter-
vention
or alteration
ally the validity of this permit. Therefore
please do not open the unit.
Pleaseread the following operation
instructionsbefore use,to avoid any
damage due to a wrong operation.
ATTENTION: The unit shall be operated
only with the antenna fully pulled out.
During operation the antenna shallnot be
touched, this deteriorates acutely the
power of the unit.
How
to insert
batteries
The hand held transceiver
can either be supplied by ten
ries or by ten NC-accus. If using batteries,
we recommend to use only high power
batteries (alkali-manganese). The long
duration of this type of battery makes up
for its higher price.
To insert or change the batteries, iust
remove the cover at the backside of the
unit. The batteries
or accus now can be
reached easily. Pleasetake care of the
right polarity (+/—).
To avoid any damage of the unit through a
leak of the batteries, they should be taken
off if the unit is not used for a long time.
The empty batteries should be taken off
also as soon as possible.

ment la puissancede l'appareil.
Insertion de la pile
L'appareil CB portable Stabo SH 7000
fonctionne avec 10 piles
accus
V. Si on utilise des piles, nous
recommendons l'utilisation des piles haute
puissance(alcalimanganese). La longue
durée de ce type de pile compense son
prix plus élevé.
Pour remplacer les piles ou les accus, ou-
vrir le boitier d piles (I). Respecter la pola-
rité (plus et moins)des piles.
Pour éviter d'endommager l'appareil par
une fuite de les piles,enlevez celleci lors-
que vous n'utilisez pas l'appareil pendant
longtemps. Une pile usée doit étre égale-
ment enlevée immédiatement.
