that the adapter is empty, and that there is
a container under the dispenser.

Press the red button. Let the water flow
until the red light turns white.

The machine will start to preheat. The
white light will stop flashing and will be
ready to brew.
CLEANING &
MAINTENANCE
DAILY CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Do not use any strong cleaning agent or sol-
vent cleaner. Use a damp cloth and mild clea-
ning agent to clean the surface of the machine.
Do not put any components in the dishwasher.
There may be condensation, and that water will
end up in the drip tray. Empty it and clean the
tray before it overflows.
Lift the lever, take out all the capsule or ground
coffee of the adapters. Remove the drip tray,
empty it and rinse. Remove water tank, and
rinse with water before filling it with fresh water
for use. Insert the adapter, close the lever,
place a container under the coffee dispenser,
and press the large cup button to rinse the
machine.
Do not store the machine in a cold environ-
ment, it may freeze the water in the machine
and cause damages and leakage.
DESCALING
When the buttons flash in red and white alter-
natively during normal use, you should descale
your machine.
•
Remove any coffee in the adapter. Use
either the Nespresso- or the ground coffee
adapter when descaling.
•
Place a large container under the dispen-
ser. Note: Larger than 1L.
•
Put the descaling solution into the empty
water tank and fill it with water up to the
max mark.
•
Press and hold the small cup and medium
cup buttons at the same time.
•
The small cup will be white, and the large
cup will flash in both white and red.
•
Press the small cup button.
•
When the water tank is empty, remove and
clean the water tank, fill it with fresh water
and re-insert it into the machine.
•
Now the medium cup button is white,
press this button to continue the desca-
ling.
•
The machine pumps out water again,
when it is finished, the machine is finished
with the descaling.
