Regular cleaning and maintenance of the appliance is necessary to ensure continuous and
proper operation. In the event of a defect, do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself,
but contact a specialist company or your dealer.
Cleaning
Consequential damage caused by improper or neglected cleaning or maintenance is
not covered by the warranty. Always have maintenance work carried out by a specialist
company certified.
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning. Pull out the
mains plug! Never use a pressurized water jet to clean the appliance!
• Clean the appliance after each use.
• Never use cleaning agents that are corrosive, contain solvents or are abrasive.
• Wipe all surfaces dry.
• Rub the handles dry and free of grease.
• Check whether moving parts are working properly and are not jammed, whether
parts are broken or damaged.
Never use cleaning agents containing caustics or chlorine. Damage to the
device may result.
Cleaning exterior surfaces
• Remove all cutting residues from the tabletop with a soft brush.
• Clean all external surfaces, especially the tabletop, regularly and thoroughly with a
damp cloth.
• Rub all external surfaces thoroughly dry after cleaning.
Cleaning the water tray
Wet cutting tiles causes fine sediment to collect in the tray.
Clean the sediment from the tray after each working day. Clean the
