Storage
• Clean the appliance as described. Allow the accessories
to dry completely.
• We recommend storing the appliance in its original
packaging if you do not intend to use it for a longer
period of time.

Troubleshooting
Possible cause
The appliance has no power supply.
The appliance is defective.
The anti-drip protection is closed:
The coffee jug is not on the warming plate
or the lid is not on the coffee jug.
Too much coffee powder in the filter.
Too much coffee powder in the filter.
Limescale deposits in the appliance.
This is not a malfunction of the appliance.
In order to comply with the Ecodesign
Directive (2009 / 125 / EC), the appliance
turns off automatically after max. 35 min-
utes after the brewing process has
finished.
Remedy
Check the socket with another appliance.
Insert the mains plug correctly.
Check the house fuse.
Contact our service or a specialist.
1. Switch off the appliance. Unplug the ma-
chine from the mains.
2. Put the coffee jug with lid on the warming
plate so that the filter is emptied.
3. Dispose of the paper filter.
4. Clean the appliance as described.
Use a paper filter size "1 × 4".
Use less coffee powder.
Decalcify the appliance as described.

you will no longer use to the collection points
