1. Plug the SFP transceiver into the SFP port.
2. Connect one end of the ber optical cable to the transceiver and the other end to
the ber network.
Connecting RJ45 Ports
1. Plug one end of a standard Cat 5e or higher RJ45 Ethernet cable into the converter.
2. Plug the other end into a power source equipment (PSE), such as a PoE switch or a
PoE injector.
