What the warranty does not cover:
1)
Product that has had the serial number removed or made illegible.
2)
Defects or damage from improper use of the Product in other than its normal way of
manner.
3)
Defects or damage from misuse, accident, water, natural events or neglect.
4)
Defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation,
alteration, modification or adjustment other than published in the manual.
5)
Breakage or damage to the antenna unless caused directly by defects in material
workmanship.
6)
A Product subjected to unauthorized Product modifications, disassemblies or repairs
(including, without limitation, the addition to the Product on non-Mazzoni supplied
equipment) which adversely affect performance of the Product or interfere with
Mazzoni's normal warranty inspection and testing of the Product to verify any warranty
claim.
7)
Freight costs to the repair depot.
8)
A Product which, due to illegal or unauthorized alteration of the software/firmware in
the Product, does not function in accordance with Mazzoni's published specifications for
the Product at the time the Product was initially distributed from Mazzoni.
9)
Scratches or other cosmetic damage to Product surfaces that does not affect the
operation of the Product.
10)
The Power Amplifiers of the ATU are explicitly not object of any warranty given by
Mazzoni.
11)
That the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12)
Normal and customary wear and tear.
13)
Non-Mazzoni manufactured equipment unless bearing a Mazzoni Part Number in the
form of an alphanumeric number
14)
Tools and remedies required for installation, removal, replacement or repair of the
Mazzoni supplied products.
15)
Dispatch to remote site locations.
16)
Loading of software upgrades or fixes into the devices.
17)
Mazzoni disclaims everything that is not expressly mentioned in "what this warranty
covers and for how long".
