CONTROL SETTINGS
The system is configured by the manufacturer to be compliant with most installation
cases, i.e.:
• Operation at a constant pressure
• Set operating pressure (desired constant pressure value): 2.0 bar
• Restart after turning water on: after pressure drop by 33% from the set pressure
CAUTION
value.
• The pressure tank has been factory pre-pumped to the value of 0.9 bar
• The pressure value at which the system starts up in the factory configuration is:
2 bar – 33% of 2 bar = 1.34 bar. At other set pressure settings, the start-up pressure
will also fluctuate
The system will not start up if the pressure of the incoming water or the equivalent of the
height at which the system is located is greater than the start-up pressure. E.g., for the factory
configuration, the start-up pressure is 2 bar – (2 bar × 0.33) = 1.34 bar. This means that the
controller will not start up if the start-up pressure is 1.34 bar and the water system above
the controller is higher than 13.4 m (1 bar = 10 m).
The controller is equipped with an integrated pressure tank. Air pressure in the tank shall
be based on the INVERTER pressure setting. Otherwise the INVERTER will not operate cor-
rectly. A valve such as in car tyres is used to increase or decrease air pressure in the tank. To
access it use a screwdriver to lever up and remove the plastic tank housing, then unscrew
the nut on the valve.
The table below presents the recommended tank air pressure values compared to the set
water pressure value:
