Warning signs:

Warning signs with symbols without text are found on
the rotary valve. The symbols are explained below.
• Never put your hand into the rotary valves inlet or
outlet while the rotary valve is in operation.
• Read the user manual carefully and observe the
warning texts in the user manual and on the rotary
valve.
• Always disconnect power to the rotary valve before
repair and maintenance, and make sure it cannot
be started by mistake.
Installation:
The rotary valves are not approved for outdoor installa-
tion.
Installation of outlets
The rotary valve can be mounted on horizontal OK160
outlets, and vertical OK200 outlets.

It is important that the outlets for horizontal connection
is oriented as shown, otherwise capacity of the rotary
valve will be reduced.
Diffusor plate for optimal material flow
If the rotary valve is mounted on an outlet for horizontal
connection, the outlet must be supported and securely
fastened.
The RF20S horizontal outlet can be mounted in two
heights, see the dimensional drawings at the back of
the manual.
If the rotary valve is suspended in a vertical pipework
system, it must be secured with a wire or similar so that
it cannot accidentally fall down.
Installing the gearmotor
The gear unit is mounted on the rotary valve as shown,
as this ensures the best lubrication of the gear. As the
oil amount is suited this installation, the oil amount must
be compensated for if the gearbox is installed differ-
ently - see the gearbox supplier's instructions.
