Bestimmungsgemässe Verwendung
Der Styroporschneider ist ausschliesslich zum Schneiden von Polystyrol-
Hartschaum, schwerentflammbar nach DIN 4102 bestimmt. Die
Hartschaumplatten sollen dabei keine Kleberrückstände und andere
Verunreinigungen aufweisen. Das Produkt ist nur für den Anschluss an
230 Volt / 50 Hz Wechselspannung zugelassen. Die Bedienung des
Gerätes darf nur durch Personen erfolgen, die in die Bedienung
eingewiesen, mit dem Gerät vertraut gemacht wurden und die
Sicherheitshinweise gelesen haben. Die Benutzung darf nur in
entsprechender Arbeitskleidung mit Schutzhandschuhen bedient werden.
Der Arbeitsschutzbeauftragte des Betriebes (sofern vorhanden), in
welchem dieses Gerät zum Einsatz kommt, ist für die Umsetzung der
Anweisungen in dieser Bedienungsanleitung verantwortlich. Die beim
Schneiden entstehenden Dämpfe sollten bei Arbeiten in Räumen mit einer
Absaug-Vorrichtung entfernt werden. PVC und PVC-Beschichtete
Materialien dürfen wegen der beim Schneiden entstehenden
gesundheitsschädlichen Dämpfe nicht bearbeitet werden. Achten Sie
beim Umgang mit dem Gerät auf Verbrennungsgefahr. Der Schneiddraht
wird auf mehrere hundert Grad Celsius erhitzt. Den Schneiddraht nicht
berühren, nachdem sie den Drucktaster gedrückt haben. Solange der
Schneiddraht nicht völlig abgekühlt ist, darf dieser nicht berührt werden.
Ein Betrieb unter widrigen Umgebungsbedingungen ist nicht zulässig!
Widrige Umgebungsbedingungen sind:
• Nässe oder zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit
• Staub und brennbare Gase, Dämpfe oder Lösungsmittel
• Starke Vibrationen
Bei Nichtgebrauch des Gerätes ist der Stecker aus der Steckdose zu
ziehen.

Intended use
This cutting device is exclusively intended to cut Styrofoam, hardly
flammable according to the DIN 4102 standard. Vapors caused by the
cutting must be evacuated from the rooms in which people work by a
suitable discharge device. Materials with PVC or PVC coatings must not
be cut with such machines, because of fumes harmful to health. Be
careful when using the device not to burn yourself. The wire is heated to
several hundred Celsius degrees. Do not touch the wire after you have
pressed the button. As long as the wire has not completely cooled, it is
advisable not to touch it.
Use in unfriendly environmental conditions is not permitted!
Unfriendly environmental conditions are as follows:

• Dust and flammable gases, vapors or solvents.
• Strong vibrations.
In case of not using the device, unplug it.

Utilisation prévue
La machine de découpe est exclusivement prévue pour couper du
polystyrène, difficilement inflammable selon la norme DIN 4102. Les
vapeurs occasionnées par la découpe doivent être évacuées des pièces
dans lesquelles les personnes travaillent par un dispositif d'évacuation
approprié. Les matériaux avec du PVC ou des revêtements en PVC ne
doivent pas être découpés avec ces machines, à cause des émanations
dommageables pour la santé. Soyez attentifs lors de l'utilisation de
l'appareil de ne pas vous brûler. Le fil chauffe à plusieurs centaines de
degrés. Ne pas toucher le fil après avoir actionné le bouton poussoir. Tant
que le fil n'a pas totalement refroidi, il est conseillé de ne pas le toucher.
L'utilisation dans des conditions environnementales défavorables n'est
pas autorisée !
Les conditions environnementales défavorables sont les suivantes :
- Humidité ou humidité de l'air trop importante
Poussière et gaz inflammable, vapeurs ou solvants

En cas de non utilisation de l'appareil, débrancher l'appareil.
Ces conseils doivent impérativement être observés !

nocivi per la salute. Stare attenti, quando si utilizza il
bruciarsi. Il filo essere riscaldato a diverse centinaia di gradi Celsius. Non
toccare il filo dopo aver premuto il pulsante. Poiché il filo non si è
completamente raffreddato, si consiglia di non toccarlo.
Non è permesso l'uso in condizioni ambientali sfavorevoli!
