Stromstärke
In einem funktionierenden System stehen KOH-Konzentration im Eluenten,
Fluss der Hochdruckpumpe und Stromstärke der Eluent Producer-Kartu-
sche in folgendem Verhältnis:
Bei einem Fluss von 1 mL/min und einer Zielkonzentration von
100 mmol/L beträgt die Stromstärke 161 mA.
Daraus lässt sich die Soll-Stromstärke für jede Kombination aus Fluss und
Konzentration berechnen.
